After an endless barrage of marginal surf, competitors of the ESA/CNC District were rewarded for their patience at the 5th contest of the 2010 competition season. Tropical Storm Colin was positioned perfectly off the South Carolina coast, sending beautiful chest to head high waves rolling into the County Line Access in Surf City on Saturday, Aug. 7.
